If you are paying monthly you will be able to access content until the end of the billing period, but will not be refunded for the rest of that month.
The billing period starts from the date you purchase your membership, and rolls over at the same time each month.

If you have purchased a yearly subscription and cancel you will not be refunded for the rest of that year, but will be able to access content until the end of that year and will not be billed for the following year.
